Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
  • Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement product is unavailable.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Exchange Process

  • If your return request is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched after verification.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
