Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tested perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
- Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement product is unavailable.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchange Process
- If your return request is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched after verification.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
